Sustainable management of the belida (chitala lopis) fishery in public inland waters
in Kapuas Hulu district is a process in improving environmental approvals. In order to realize
the sustainable management of the belida (chitala lopis) fishery in public inland waters in Kapuas
Hulu district of the environmental approval process in the future, it is important to map the
position (relationship) between the variables in it, as well as map their position based on the
relationships formed. The aim of this research is to find key variables for the sustainable
management of the Belida (chitala lopis) fishery in public inland waters in Kapuas Hulu district
of the environmental approval process in supporting business licensing in Indonesia. The
research method used was the foresight analysis method with the type of data obtained through
FGD as a questionnaire filling technique. The respondents in the research were 11 experts. The
software used in this research is MICMAC. The analysis results show that the key variable in
the sustainable management of the belida (chitala lopis) fishery in public inland waters in Kapuas
Hulu district of the environmental approval process in supporting business licensing in Indonesia
is regulation. The key variable findings obtained are fisheries business model innovation,
condition of fish stock at PUD, IUU Fishing, local wisdom, condition of the PUD
ecosystem, quality of inland public waters, fisheries sovereignty, trade diplomacy and
fisheries conservation area.
