The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of external support, learning levels, and social capital on the role of young agrosociopreneurs (ASP) and the sustainability of young ASP enterprises. The research employs a quantitative approach supported by qualitative data. Data were collected through a survey of 227 respondents, consisting of young farmers in West Java. Data analysis was conducted using inferential statistical methods with the assistance of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that the effectiveness of young ASPs plays a critical role in enhancing agribusiness sustainability, covering economic, social, and environmental sustainability. This effectiveness is mainly influenced by external support, learning, and social capital, all of which exhibit positive relationships. However, external support and social capital do not have a direct significant effect on agribusiness sustainability without the intervention of the young ASP's role. Learning, while positively affecting the effectiveness of young ASPs, does not have a direct significant impact on business sustainability. Therefore, the role of young ASPs serves as an effective mediating variable in strengthening the relationship between external support, learning levels, and social capital with agribusiness sustainability. Consequently, future strategies should focus on enhancing the role of young ASPs to reinforce agribusiness sustainability.
