Abstract

Interplay among business owners and their environment shape an entrepreneurial ecosystem that support for successful business. This study purposes to identify important entrepreneurial ecosystems elements and to analyze relationship between entrepreneurial ecosystems and productive entrepreneurship in different categories of regions. Systematic literature review (SLR) approach was adopted to observe scientific articles that related to research questions. Mostly the articles have published with h-index to obey robustness method that were sources from Scopus, Google Scholars, Emerald, and ProQuest. Various sources have been used for avoiding bias. The results glance the most essential elements of entrepreneurial ecosystems are culture, finance, and networks. Then, this study confirmed that productive entrepreneurship directly and indirectly was influenced by entrepreneurial ecosystems. The mediation variables are entrepreneurial attitude and innovation. Given the findings, achieving productive entrepreneurs can be strengthen entrepreneurial ecosystems within support entrepreneurial culture, convenience access to financial, and building networking. Moreover, supporting systems to implement entrepreneurial attitude and innovation is needed for intercession toward productive entrepreneurship.
