Abstract
This paper was not presented at the conference.
The paper describes a study on the performance monitoring and analysis of a water flow-based thermoelectric cooler (TEC) without a cold side fan. The NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller monitors various parameters such as ambient temperature and humidity, coolbox temperature and humidity, voltage, current, power, and energy consumption of the TEC. The sensors used in the system include PZEM-003 for energy measurement, DS18B20 for temperature measurement, and DHT22 for temperature and humidity measurement. The collected data is transmitted wirelessly to the Blynk cloud server, enabling real-time TEC performance visualization and analysis. The study investigates the effect of heat load and ambient temperature on the performance of the TEC. The results show that the heat load and ambient temperature significantly influence the cooling efficiency of the TEC. The proposed method provides a cost-effective and scalable solution for real-time monitoring and analysis of TEC performance.
