The current climate crisis has a major impact on the agricultural sector, so it is necessary to adapt farmers in agricultural cultivation to minimize crop failure due to climate change. In this regard, there is a theory which views that a person's behavior can be influenced by the model or the environment, namely the theory of social learning. Social learning theory explains the relationship between cognitive factors, environmental factors, and individual behavior. This study aims to analyze the adaptation behavior of farmers in the face of climate change based on two factors, namely environmental and cognitive. Respondents in this study were 30 farmers who were members of the Climate Change Response Farmers Association of Indramayu Regency, West Java, and 30 farmers who were not members of the association. This study uses a quantitative approach obtained through a survey with a questionnaire and is supported by qualitative data obtained through in-depth interviews with informants and field observations. Qualitative data were analyzed using Spearman Rank correlation and different test (t-test), while quantitative data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that there was a relationship between environmental factors of farmers and farmers' cognitive factors, environmental factors with farmer's adaptive behavior, and cognitive factors with farmers' adaptive behavior in facing climate change
