Quail productivity is largely determined by digestive tract health. Feeding noni leaf shoot meal to quails which is rich in antioxidants could improve the quality of quail digestive tract. This study aims to evaluate the feeding of noni leaf shoot meal (NLSM) on the digestive tract, internal organs, and histopathology of jejunum quail. This study used 300 quails and were reared form 4 weeks to 14 weeks of age. A completely randomized design (CRD) was used with 5 treatments and 4 replications with 15 quails of each replicate. The diet treatments were P0 = control diet, P1 = diet contain 2% NLSM, P2 = diet contain 4% NLSM, P3 =diet contain 6% NLSM, and P4 = diet contain 8% NLSM. The variables observed were percentage of weight and relative length of the digestive tract and internal organs, villous height, crypt dept, villous area, and the ratio of villous height to crypt depth of the jejunal quails. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance and further tested by Duncan if there was significant different. The result showed that feeding 8% NLSM significantly (P<0,05) increased colon weight, (P<0,01) villous area, and ratio of villous height to jejunal crypt depth. Feeding 8% NLSM in the diet did not have a negative effect on digestive intestinal weight and crypt dept. The conclusion of this study that feeding NLSM up to 8% did not give negative effect on the digestive tract, internal organs, and histopathology of jejunal quails. Feeding of 8% NLSM can improves the surface area of jejunum villi with the best ratio of villous height to crypt depth.
