Pengembangan Pakan Ikan Apung dari Maggot dan Limbah Ampas Tahu dalam Upaya Konsumsi dan Produksi Berkelanjutan

The objective of this community service program was the dissemination of floating fish feed from black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens) maggot and tofu waste for the implementation of SDG 12 to the community. The products can be used to take down the main problem of the Ulam Sari fish cultivation community (Pokdakan), Lesmana Village, Ajibarang District, Banyumas Regency, Central Java, Indonesia, due to the high price of feed that makes a high production price as well. The methods of community service were program preparation, development of a sustainable waste management system, exploration of maggot potential as a feed source, optimization of agricultural fields using maggot waste (kasgot) fertilizer, fish feed seminar, and fish-eating movement to fight stunting. The results are the establishment of the Berkah Runtah community in Lesmana Village, the increased ability of the people to turn maggots into fish feed, the increase of community skill in making fertilizer from maggot waste, and the increase of people's knowledge in understanding the role of fish consumption to fight for stunting. In conclusion, the fish farmer can make the fish feed from maggot and tofu waste to reduce the production cost in fish cultivation, moreover maggot cultivation also reduces the organic waste and produces a fertilizer to increase the productivity of crops.
