Mentoring activities for Women Farmers Groups were conducted to strengthen the capacity of papaya chip MSMEs, which still face limitations in processing, packaging and marketing. This program aims to enhance the technical skills of group members, improve production standards, and encourage increased product value. The approach included initial observation, papaya chip production training, mentoring on the implementation of good processing practices, packaging design development, and business licensing guidance. The mentoring activities also involved capstone student interns who played a role in technical assistance, field mentoring, and strengthening documentation processes. During the program, 10 KWT members actively participated in eight field mentoring sessions. The program results demonstrated improved production skills, consistent product quality, and attractive packaging designs. The production capacity reached 10 kg, and 100 packs of the product were sold, reflecting increased market acceptance. This mentoring program has proven effective in strengthening group empowerment and increasing the competitiveness of papaya-based MSMEs.
