The PMUPUD 2025 program titled “Development of Cheese and Soft Candy Products from Local Cow’s Milk as Leading Food Products of the Ciawi–Bogor Region” has entered its second year, focusing on increasing production capacity, optimizing market reach, fulfilling legal requirements, and strengthening production management. For Partner 1, activities were directed toward increasing production by up to 25%, supported by the enhancement of production management through the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS), improvements to the company website as a digital marketing channel, and assistance in obtaining the Nomor Kontrol Veteriner (NKV) veterinary certification to ensure food safety and quality standards. Market optimization was also carried out through expanded distribution and strengthened product branding. For Partner 2, the program concentrated on increasing raw milk production capacity through the implementation of Good Farming Practices, which improved both the quality and quantity of locally sourced milk. Overall results indicate significant progress, marked by an increase in revenue of approximately 35% for Partner 1 and 30% for Partner 2. In summary, the second-year implementation has successfully strengthened the production chain and value-added processes of dairy-based products in the Ciawi–Bogor region, supporting the development of competitive regional flagship food products.
