Strengthening the institutional capacity of the Cibulao Coffee Farmers Cooperative is essential because the cooperative plays a strategic role in improving farmers’ bargaining power and ensuring the sustainability of the Cibulao coffee business. Until now, coffee farmers have operated individually and faced various limitations, including restricted access to capital, inconsistent product quality, limited marketing capacity, and limited opportunities for collaboration with business partners. This activity aims to create a strong, sustainable, and independent cooperative ecosystem that can support the coffee value chain from upstream to downstream through farmer consolidation, improved governance, and the expansion of investment networks. The implementation methods include the participatory development of the Cooperative’s Articles of Association and Bylaws (AD–ART), institutional strengthening training, the preparation of cooperation schemes, and the development of training modules as key outputs. In addition, a business feasibility analysis document was prepared as a strategic instrument to attract potential investors, accompanied by mentoring in exploring business partnerships between the cooperative and prospective partners. The results indicate strengthened cooperative capacity, the completion of the AD–ART and training module, and the establishment of a business partnership between the cooperative and Unit Wakaf dan Dana Sosial IPB University as the investor. The cooperative also obtained additional working capital through the agreed productive waqf collaboration scheme. Furthermore, this initiative opened new networking opportunities with Koperasi BMT Tangerang through knowledge-sharing activities. Part of the proceeds from the collaboration was allocated to scholarship programs for students from coffee-farming families, thereby providing broader social benefits to the Cibulao community. This activity concludes that strengthening governance and preparing credible business documents are key to building sustainable investment partnerships and enhancing the bargaining position of coffee farmers within the downstream value chain.
