The innovation and biosecurity SOP implementation program in dairy cattle farms was carried out to enhance farmers’ capacity in disease prevention, maintain product quality, and establish a more sustainable livestock health management system. The results indicate that most farmers have not yet applied the required biosecurity standards, likely due to the current relatively safe farm conditions that lead to a low perception of disease risk. In terms of production, the majority of farmers have met the national quality standards (SNI) for milk, although several samples still showed water content above the permitted threshold, indicating the need for stricter quality control. The training provided—which included the use of a foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) expert system, the application of Meta Generative AI for early disease detection, and the implementation of biosecurity SOPs—proved effective, as reflected by the increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test results. The program also produced a practical biosecurity SOP that can be applied directly on-site, along with sustainability strategies such as regular monitoring, strengthening the roles of extension officers and veterinarians, and building an ecosystem that supports positive behavioral change among farmers. Overall, this initiative has delivered positive impacts by improving disease preparedness, enhancing milk quality, and reinforcing more consistent and sustainable biosecurity practices in dairy cattle farming.
