Sukanagara Village in Cianjur, West Java, is a mountainous area facing challenges due to high rainfall, water shortages, and limited infrastructure. Natural disasters cause significant damage, and during the dry season, the village struggles to access clean water. SMA Negeri 1 Sukanagara, the only public high school in the village, serves 993 students and relies on inadequate water sources for daily needs, including handwashing and sanitation. Due to the lack of water at the school, students often rely on local residents for additional water. Based on this background, this community service activity proposed an innovation in the form of building a Smart Solar Panel Rainwater Harvesting System at SMAN 1 Sukanagara. This activity aims to meet the school's need for clean water and to increase renewable energy and technology literacy among teachers. This activity resulted in an IoT- and AI-based innovative rainwater-harvesting system that helps meet the school's clean water needs. Furthermore, the training results showed an increase in teachers' understanding of computational thinking concepts in solving assigned problems. Post-test results showed that the AI training increased teachers' understanding by an average of 17.08%. Furthermore, Renewable Energy training increased teachers' understanding by about 14.28%.
