Sukajadi Tourism Village, located in Tamansari District, Dramaga District, Bogor Regency, is a tourism area managed by the village and has strong agricultural potential. However, in order to enhance its capacity to receive international visitors, capacity building for local tour guides was conducted. The purpose of this activity was to provide experiential learning through an experimental learning model. The activity stages consisted of training to become tourism village guides at the Agribusiness and Technology Park (ATP) of IPB University and a simulation of receiving visits from international student visitors at the tourism village. The results of this community service activity indicate that the community has developed the skills and reception patterns necessary to host international guests at the tourism village. In addition, improvements were made to the narratives of existing visitor attractions, including integrated rice–fish farming (minapadi) tourism, strawberry tourism, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
