Abstract

Red cayenne pepper is a horticultural crop with high economic value and is a frequent contributor to national inflation from the volatile food group. The objective of this activity was to disseminate the intercropping of red cayenne pepper of the Bonita IPB variety with sweet corn of the Arinta IPB variety in Mulya Jaya Village, West Tulang Bawang, Lampung. The activity will be carried out from April 21, 2025, to December 10, 2025. The activity included BIMTEK and intercropping of Bonita IPB cayenne pepper with Arinta IPB sweet corn. The results of the activities were (1) BIMTEK for intercropping cultivation of IPB Bonita cayenne pepper with IPB Arinta sweet corn, which was carried out on September 20, 2025, (2) SOP for multiple cropping cultivation of red cayenne pepper of Bonita IPB variety and sweet corn of Arinta IPB variety, (3) Copyright of BATARI IPB: SOP for intercropping cultivation of of Bonita IPB variety and sweet corn of Arinta IPB variety, (4) draft of scientific publications for community service, (5) mass media coverage, and (5) videos on social media.
