Promoting tourism at Danau Situ Gede with a web-based approach can help local tourism compete more effectively and support small businesses. This study explores how digital technology can improve and strengthen local SMEs. The web application created for this project features a catalogue of SME products, tools to predict visitor trends, and digital waste management solutions to encourage sustainable practices. Visitor trends are predicted using a deep learning method called Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), which analyses past visitor data to make more accurate forecasts than traditional techniques. The research involved developing a digital platform that helps tourists find information about local products and activities, while also providing SMEs with a better way to market their goods The development and initial socialization of the digital tools show promising potential for improving SME visibility, strengthening social media marketing practices, and assisting managers through demonstration-based LSTM forecasts. The platform also has the potential to raise awareness regarding environmental sustainability. While full implementation results are still ongoing, these initial findings indicate the value of integrating digital technology and deep learning in promoting sustainable tourism in Situ Gede.
