The aims of this study to enhance the welfare of coffee farmers by optimizing the use of coffee waste, which has been largely neglected. Coffee waste, which includes coffee husk, coffee grounds, mucilage, and silver skin, has great potential to be processed into high-nutrient animal feed. This program includes training and mentoring on how to process coffee waste into efficient animal feed and formulate rations based on coffee waste for poultry and ruminants. The program involves coffee farmers and farmer groups in Cianjur Regency, who have the potential to turn coffee waste into value-added products. The results of the training show an increase in farmers' knowledge and skills in processing coffee waste into nutritious animal feed. By utilizing coffee waste, farmers are expected to reduce feed costs, improve livestock productivity, and create new business opportunities. This program also contributes to environmental sustainability by reducing coffee waste disposal.
