Stakeholder Analysis of Social Forestry Management in Sawitto FMU

Social Forestry is one of the priority programs A national program aimed at improving community welfare through empowerment and economic equality, while simultaneously preserving forests . The success or failure of a development program is inseparable from the role of stakeholders involved in the program. The presence forestry social in the Sawitto FMU area become one of the programs that can finish tenure conflicts and increasing empowerment community. This research aim for analyze interests and influence of related stakeholders in management forestry social and how role strategic research carried out by stakeholders. This use method observation, interview in a way direct, search documents and analyze data effectively qualitative. Research results show that there are 12 stakeholders divided into 6 categories related parties direct with forestry programs social. Every party this own different influences and interests. Based on the interests and influence of stakeholders interests are mapped into four categories which are grouped as following (1) Subject: Department of Forestry South Sulawesi Province, PT. Adi Mitra Pinus Utama, (2) Key Players: Hall Social Forestry Gowa, Sawitto FMU, Community/ Farmers, Hall Regional Water Resources Development Jeneberang Saddang, Hall Regional Water Resources Development Karama, (3) Crowd: Regional Government (District and Village), BP2SDM Region 6, Figure Public, (4) Contest setters: Service Team Community Forestry (TLKM), and Sulawesi Community Foundation (SCF). Category Which most support in Social Forestry management is Key Players Players who have high importance and influence level.
