Biogas not only reduces organic waste but also produces a highly valuable product as renewable energy. The Energy Independence Village Program (EIVP), assist Muktisari residents in converting livestock, human and tofu production waste into biogas. This study aimed to analyses the positive impacts of EIVP implementing innovation. The study employed a mixed-method explanatory sequential design to analyze the environmental, economic, and social impacts of EIVP. Positive environmental benefit showed how biogas utilization can contribute to reduce Green House Gases (GHG) 1,085.94 ton CO₂e and Bio slurry (by-product of biogas) provides a crucial environmental co-benefit by enhancing soil quality and supporting sustainable agriculture. The economic analysis revealed that biogas production significantly reduced household fuel costs and agricultural input expenses. The adoption of biogas also encouraged behavioural changes in energy use, waste management, and agricultural practices. Findings highlight the program’s contribution to circular economy practices and SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy)
