Many villages still need to implement digital village innovation, so it is essential to collect digital village information and its creations into a knowledge management system-based platform. This platform aims to make it easier for villages to adopt innovations like other villages. Platform usability also influences the reception of information by users. Therefore, research was conducted using Lean UX to design a knowledge management system that is easy to understand. The Lean UX method includes the research phase, designing the platform appearance, and testing. The results of this research are hypotheses from assumptions, proto-personas, solutions in the form of features to answer the hypotheses that have been created, medium-fidelity prototypes, and testing. The test results from students showed that two hypotheses were answered, while those from the village community showed that all three hypotheses were responded to. This difference is due to differences in how the platform is used between students and village communities. After this research, improving the prototype and carrying out the testing phase is recommended.
