2026: Program Book FiSAED: Socio-economic Transformation for Sustainable Agromaritime

The Socio-Economic Transformation for Sustainable Agromaritime subtheme emphasizes the role of inclusive economic development, social innovation, and community empowerment in supporting sustainable agromaritime transformation. It covers five focus areas: (1) Agribusiness and Management, strengthening business models, value chains, entrepreneurship, and organizational performance; (2) Agricultural Economics and Development, examining productivity, rural development, market systems, and policy impacts; (3) Resource and Environmental Economics, addressing the efficient and sustainable use of natural resources through economic analysis and policy approaches; (4) Family and Consumer Sciences, exploring household well-being, consumption behavior, family resilience, and quality of life; and (5) Communication and Community Development, promoting participatory communication, knowledge exchange, and community empowerment. Together, these areas contribute to equitable, resilient, and sustainable agromaritime development with meaningful socio-economic impact. This subtheme is closely aligned with SDGs:
