Full Paper Submission Deadline Extension

Dear ICASAD 2026 Participants,

We are aware that some authors may currently be experiencing technical difficulties when attempting to upload their full papers to the conference platform.  

The ongoing National Computer-Based University Entrance Exams (SNBT) from 21 April 2026 to 2 May are currently placing a significant load on our institutional servers. This high traffic may cause the platform to be intermittently inaccessible or result in failed submission executions.

To ensure that all participants have a fair opportunity to submit their work without technical stress, the organising committee has decided to extend the deadline:  

  • New Submission Deadline: Monday, 4 May 2026.  
  • Time: 23:59 Jakarta Time (WIB).

Alternative Submission Method:
If you continue to encounter persistent errors on the website, please submit your full paper directly via email to psp3@apps.ipb.ac.id, with a carbon copy (CC) to ahmadhirazahra@apps.ipb.ac.id.  

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by these server constraints and appreciate your continued patience as we prepare for the conference in May.
