Registration and Payment Instructions
- To foster broader inclusivity and encourage a wider exchange of knowledge, we have introduced a flexible payment scheme that separates the Conference Fee from the Publication Fee. Please see the announcement!.
- For presenters, please make the payment after the abstract is accepted. The payment is based on per submitted abstract.
- The conference fee payment is made before the full paper is submitted to the committee.
- Please note that acceptance for publication in the proceedings is solely the policy of the publisher.

Confirmation of Payment
Once the transfer is complete, please upload your proof of payment (receipt/transfer slip) when you arrange your registration for the conference via https://ipb.link/icasad2026-registration, or email it to psp3@ipb.ac.id with the subject line:
PAYMENT_[Paper ID]_[Name]
Example: PAYMENT_ABS-102_JohnDoe
The final payment is due no later than March 30, 2026.
Important Notes:
- Bank Charges: All bank charges and transfer fees (including correspondent bank fees for international transfers) must be borne by the sender. The committee must receive the full net amount.
- Publication Condition: The publication fee component is refundable only if the paper is rejected by the Scientific Committee prior to the peer-review process.
- On-site Payment: We do not accept cash payments on-site. All fees must be settled prior to the conference dates.
