Important Announcement Regarding Post-Conference Publication

06/26/2026

Dear Authors and Participants,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are writing to share an important update regarding the post-conference publication of your papers. Initially, it was planned that the conference papers would be published in Atlantis Highlights in Social Sciences, Education and Humanities, which had been identified as a Scopus-indexed proceeding.

However, following direct communications and an online meeting with representatives from Springer Nature, we have been informed that this proceeding is currently only at the submission stage for Scopus indexing. Consequently, the publisher cannot guarantee whether the application will be accepted.

In line with our committee's commitment, we are actively continuing our efforts to find an alternative Scopus-indexed proceeding suitable for the social sciences. We must share, however, that securing a genuinely indexed proceeding in this specific field is currently proving to be highly challenging.

While we continue our search, we wish to leave the final decision in the hands of the authors who originally intended to publish their papers through our proceedings. You are welcome to choose from the following options:

  1. Continue with Publication: You may choose to wait for our ongoing efforts and proceed with publication through the committee, with the understanding that the final publication may ultimately not be Scopus-indexed.

  2. Withdraw Your Paper: You may opt to withdraw your paper from this publication plan. Should you choose this option, the publication fee you have already paid will be fully refunded.

We kindly request that you inform us of your decision by no later than 6 July 2026.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this situation may cause. We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this matter.

Warm regards,

The Organising Committee
