Significant Update to the Conference Fee Policy

Dear Colleagues and Prospective Participants,

We are pleased to announce a significant update to the fee policy for the upcoming International Conference on Agrarian, Social, and Sustainable Development (ICASAD).

To foster broader inclusivity and encourage a wider exchange of knowledge, the committee has restructured and significantly reduced the conference fees. We are introducing a flexible payment scheme that separates the Conference Fee from the Publication Fee.

Key Policy Updates:

  1. Separation of Fees: Participation and publication costs are now distinct.

    • Conference Fee: Covers access to all sessions and certification.

    • Publication Fee: Required only for authors who wish to have their papers processed, peer-reviewed, and published in the Scopus-indexed proceedings.

  2. Significantly Reduced Rates: We have lowered the entry barrier for presenters. You may now present your work by paying only the reduced Conference Fee, without the obligation to proceed to the publication stage.

  3. Hybrid Presentation Options: We offer differentiated rates for In-Person (Offline) and Virtual (Online) presenters to suit your travel preferences.

  4. Accessible for Non-Presenters: Fees for attendees (non-presenters) have been drastically reduced, with free access for virtual participants.
