The Participants
The 3rd ICOP Conference 2026 is expected to host approximately 160 participants, including presenters and non-presenter participants from academia, research institutions, industry, government agencies, and international organizations.

Registration Fees
Participant Only (Non-Presenter)
-Offline: IDR 1,000,000 / USD 100
-Online: IDR 500,000 / USD 50

Presenter Fees
Regular (Non-Student) Presenter
-Offline: IDR 4,000,000 / USD 400
-Online: IDR 4,000,000 / USD 400 (limited quota)

Student Presenter
-Offline: IDR 3,000,000 / USD 300
-Online: IDR 3,000,000 / USD 300 (limited quota)

Notes

  • The final decision for publication is solely dependent on the publisher.
  • If the full paper is rejected by the conference scientific ICOP committee, the publication fee will be returned 100% (2,500,000 IDR / USD 250) 
  • If the full paper is rejected by the publisher, the seminar fee will not be refunded.
  • Registration fees for presenters are non-refundable.

  1. Please make registration fee for presenter and seminar fee (including publication fee) payment after abstract accepted. Registration fee and seminars fee based on per submitted abstract.
    Total Payment: (depended on the presenter's status).
  2. Please note that acceptance for publication in the proceeding is solely the policy of publisher. Please read the note under the registration fee table for the seminars fee policy.
