Abstract

This community service aims to increase participants' knowledge and awareness of balanced food nutrition, healthy lifestyles, strengthening home economics, and improving the ability of MSMEs in online marketing. The activity partners are the PKK, Kampung Kajanan Village, Buleleng District, Buleleng Regency, Bali, with 56 participants from 30 PKK Teams and 26 Kindergarten Managers and parents. The program will be implemented from May to October 2024, with activity stages including preparation of the implementation team, coordination with the PKK Mobilization Team, group discussions, creation of outreach media, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation. The program is implemented both online and offline. The program is monitored and evaluated using tests before and after the program. The test consists of 54 items, including ten on healthy living behavior, nine on implementing a healthy lifestyle, ten on mental health, ten on increasing household income, and five on online marketing. The pre-and post-test results show that nutrition-sensitive extension can improve participants' awareness and knowledge of healthy lifestyles through consuming diverse, nutritionally balanced, healthy, and safe food, business management, and the ability to carry out product marketing promotions through digital means. It can be concluded that a nutrition-sensitive outreach approach accompanied by strengthening micro-scale businesses can increase the capacity of PKK members as development assets toward a golden Indonesia.
