Adolescents in junior and senior high schools face increasingly complex developmental challenges, including character formation, leadership development, reproductive health awareness, mental health, and balanced nutrition—issues that are further amplified by the rapid growth of the digital era. These challenges place adolescents in a vulnerable position, underscoring the need for systematic, evidence-based educational interventions. The School for Quality Adolescents (Sekolah Remaja Berkualitas/SRB) Program was designed to address these needs by enhancing adolescent literacy in six essential developmental domains: character and moral education, leadership and entrepreneurship, reproductive health, future planning, mental well-being, and adolescent nutrition. The program involved 260 participants, 140 students from SMPN 1 Dramaga and 120 students from SMA IT Bina Bangsa Sejahtera. SRB was delivered through structured educational sessions led by expert facilitators, employing interactive lectures, group discussions, visual media, and pre-test/post-test assessments to measure changes in knowledge and attitudes.Evaluation results indicated notable improvements across most topics. Among senior high school students, statistically significant gains were observed in character and moral understanding (p = 0.025) as well as leadership and entrepreneurship (p = 0.031), suggesting that older adolescents are particularly responsive to interventions related to identity formation and future orientation. Meanwhile, improvements among junior high school students were more reinforcement-oriented, as their initial understanding was already within the high category. Overall, the SRB program proved effective as a comprehensive school-based intervention that strengthens adolescents’ developmental readiness. Beyond increasing knowledge and attitudes, the program provides sustained benefits for schools in preparing adolescents to navigate developmental risks and adapt to the demands of the digital era.
