The Muge Crab Cultivation Group in Muaragembong faces the problem of low production due to high mortality rates and conventional farming techniques. This community service program aims to enhance members' capacity through training on the application of wanamina technology and business management. The implementation methods include training and direct practice on four materials: making wanamina for crabs, making feed, making tarpaulin ponds, and preparing production schedules. Evaluation results showed a very significant increase in members' competence in all materials, with the highest average increase in making production schedules (89%) and the lowest in making tarpaulin ponds (50%). The economic impact achieved was transformative, with crab production increasing by 140% (from 25 kg/month to 60 kg/month) and members' income soaring by 803% (from IDR 2,500,000/month to IDR 20,075,000/month). It was concluded that the comprehensive training program successfully improved the technical and managerial capacity of members, which directly impacted increased productivity and economic welfare, while also supporting the conservation of mangrove ecosystems through the wanamina approach.
