Presenter Guideline

Oral Presenter

• Talks are planned for 5 to 7-minute presentations
• The format for the presentation is PowerPoint (.ppt, .pptx) or PDF
• Submit your PowerPoint or PDF at Google Form (https://ipb.university/oral-presenter) until 30 April, 2026

Poster Presenter

• Some things that should be included in the poster are:

1. ISARM Logo
2. Poster ID (Will be given after you have paid the registration fee)
3. Poster Title
4. Author names, affiliations, and email addresses
5. Short abstract
6. Poster content (introduction, methods, results, conclusions, acknowledgments, references, and others)
7. Images presented in the poster must be of high quality
8. Posters are saved in PNG or JPG format (minimum 300 dpi)

• Create a short audio recording in mp3 format explaining the contents of the poster. The audio should not be more than 2 minutes long.
• Submit your Poster Design and Audio Recording at Google Form (https://ipb.university/poster-presenter) until 30 April, 2026
